My love of serving my community stems from my deeply rooted Social Work morals that I developed as a graduate from the North Carolina A&T State University and working over 7 years within local government. I began this business during the uncertainty of the pandemic. I made the decision to take control of my life & the way that I generated income while still serving the community that I love!

What Is The Difference Between A Notary Public
And A Notary Signing Agent (NSA)?
- All NSA's are Notary Publics but all Notary Publics aren't NSA's. This is due to extended training to ensure the understanding of mortgage terminology and commonly used documents to ensure that there aren't any funding conditions due to notarial error.
Requirements To Complete A Notarization?
- An individual must personally appear with a valid government issued ID that is legible and has not expired (State issued Drivers License/ID Card, Passport, Military ID card, or US Alien Registration Card).
- Temporary Drivers License are not valid
- There are occasions where there are witnesses required for documents so please be aware of whether you can provide them or request witnesses by the notary.
- For automobile title transfers both the buyer and seller must be present.
How Much Does It Cost For Notarizations?
- Real Estate Transactions start at $85 per transaction, however Non-Real Estate Transactions are based on the number of signatures that require a notarization on the documents. Each signature is $10 each.
- As a mobile notary, administrative fees will apply to cater to your personal needs. This fee is agreed upon prior to the appointment so our clients are not inconvenienced.
- Witnesses provided by the notary will occur an additional fee of $25 for each witness provided.
Do You Have A Physical Location?
- Yes, We are located at 3980 Premier Dr STE 110 High Point, NC 27265, however services are primarily rendered remotely for your convenience, at a time and place that suits the client and our professional notary public. Requests for office appointments are available if scheduled 24 hours in advance.
